Dan was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel.  He is an accomplished songwriter / composer whose songs have been recorded by him as well as some famous artists in Europe and Israel.

He arrived in the US as a member of a touring show in 1972.  During the first decade in the US, Dan has earned his living by performing in Miami, Florida and Los Angeles.  In the early 80’s, with the help of a colleague and friend he has entered the world of piano tuning and technology.

“The transition from being a professional musician & singer to becoming a pro piano technician / tuner was slow but steady and indeed felt very natural to me” says Dan. “I’ve always felt very much at home being able to utilize both my ears & hands as a means of making a good living, while enjoying it all and realizing the joy it brings to the many clients I have encountered in the last thirty years”.

Dan is a registered Piano Technician (RPT).This designation is given by the PIANO TECHNICIANS GUILD to those who pass  rigorous aural and technical exams that demand a high degree of proficiency and ability to perform various tasks in the field.
